Reception Positions

Patient Service Representative: Check-out Caldwell
This position focuses on providing excellent service to the patients of  OB/GYN Associates.  Responsible for scheduling return visits for patients of the practice, and collecting proper payment on patient accounts at the time of service, processes referrals and scans various documents, receptionist also schedules patient appointments and covers telephone appointments as needed to ensure smooth operations of the Clinic.  Covers as needed for other patient service positions. Excellent customer service skills required!

Patient Service Representative: Switchboard Meridian

TOB/GYN Associates, P.A. is looking for a dedicated Patient Service Representative-Switchboard operator to work in our Meridian clinic. This position will be responsible for answering multi-line phones giving excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, processing triage calls, filing and assisting with other reception duties as directed. Excellent customer service skills required! Prior medical experience and knowledge of electronic medical records preferred.

Certified Medical Assistant/Patient Flow Coordinator

OB/GYN Associates is looking for a Bilingual Patient Flow Coordinator that is certified as a Medical Assistant.  The Patient Flow Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting the physician in the examination and treatment of patients, assisting in maintaining patient flow.  The Patient Flow Coordinator promotes efficient patient care operations while maintaining strong nursing practice, and treating the patient with care and concern. Team player and a positive attitude is required! This person will be working in both our Meridian and Eagle locations.
