Dr. Armstrong was raised in Minnesota. Dr. Armstrong attended St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN, where he received his B.A. in Chemistry. He attended medical school at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, and completed his residency at MetroHealth Medical Center/Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Armstrong is Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and has special practice interests in the management of pregnancy, advanced laparoscopic surgery, and pelvic reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Armstrong and his wife enjoy spending time with their son, in many outdoor activities.

Dr. Armstrong has privileges at St. Luke's Meridian Medical Center.
